I’m passionate about helping busy, successful, high-achieving women lose their first or last 15 pounds for the last time so that they can stop the yo-yoing and finally learn to be confident with their inner and outer beauty.
But I don’t want you to think it’s been easy for me to get to where I am.
My road to health, wellness and weight loss has been one helluva ride.
For most of my life, I was an emotional eater, gaining and losing 20 pounds over and over again. I battled with anxiety, depression, and unresolved grief and trauma that I covered up with overeating, overspending, and overworking. I put myself, my needs, and my health last because, well, I just didn’t know any better.
JUST A FEW YEARS AGO I WAS...
Drained from working 60 hours a week at a miserable job with a miserable commute and feeling major mom guilt for having to be away from my son all day.

Always eating on-the-go or in my car since I barely had a moment to breathe, let alone sit down and eat a nutritious meal. After all, I had no clue what eating healthy meant or even looked like and…
Drinking wine every night to “unwind” and/or eating ice cream after dinner because I always needed “something sweet.”
This was the moment I realized I needed to change.
I wasn’t living, I was barely surviving.
I was spinning my wheels and stuck in confusion.
All I knew was that I needed to get myself together because my son needed me. He’d lost his father in a car accident, I was all he had, and he deserved a mom that’s healthy, present, and happy … not constantly sick, stressed, and sad.
I wasn’t treating myself with love or respect, because I didn’t know what that meant either.
So I made the decision to figure out what the f*ck healthy meant for me and dove into all things health and wellness.
Along the Way I Learned
I’m here to tell you that while it may not always be easy, it doesn’t have to be complicated.
I know what it’s like to have no one to learn from or to be inspired by.
I know what it’s like to want to make changes but have no idea where to begin.
So if that’s you, I want you to know that I’m here for you.
We’re in this together, and I’m here to coach you every step of the way.

In 2019 I decided enough was enough and embarked on a journey to heal my relationship with myself, my body, and food.
In the picture on the left, I weighed 171 pounds.
Today, I weigh 142 pounds.
I didn’t starve myself.
I didn’t drink flat tummy tea or those nasty ass shakes or supplements.
I didn’t spend hours at the gym every day.
I figured out what works and what doesn’t so that you don’t have to waste any more time trying.
If I can do it, so can you.
I’m not more special or disciplined than you.
I just have the solution that works.
