Hi, I’m Eva Rodriguez

I'm a proud Latina (Dominican & Puerto Rican) single mom to my amazing son named Christian.

I’m passionate about helping busy, successful, high-achieving women lose their first or last 15 pounds for the last time so that they can stop the yo-yoing and finally learn to be confident with their inner and outer beauty.

But I Don’t Want You To Think It’s Been Easy For Me To Get To Where I Am.

My road to health, wellness and weight loss has been one helluva ride.

For most of my life, I was an emotional eater, gaining and losing 20 pounds over and over again. I battled with anxiety, depression, and unresolved grief and trauma that I covered up with overeating, overspending, and overworking. I put myself, my needs, and my health last because, well, I just didn’t know any better.

Just a few years ago I was...

Drained from working 60 hours a week at a miserable job with a miserable commute and feeling major mom guilt for having to be away from my son all day.

Addicted to sleeping pills and constantly exhausted and relying on copious amounts of coffee throughout the day just to function.

Going to the gym during my lunch break but not seeing any results because I was…

Always eating on-the-go or in my car since I barely had a moment to breathe, let alone sit down and eat a nutritious meal. After all, I had no clue what eating healthy meant or even looked like and…

Drinking wine every night to “unwind” and/or eating ice cream after dinner because I always needed “something sweet.”

 

Then one day I passed out in my windowless office.

THIS WAS THE MOMENT I REALIZED I NEEDED TO CHANGE.

I wasn’t living, I was barely surviving.

I was spinning my wheels and stuck in confusion.

All I knew was that I needed to get myself together because my son needed me. He’d lost his father in a car accident when he was just a baby, I was all he had, and he deserved a mom that’s healthy, present, and happy … not constantly sick, stressed, and sad.

The worst part? I wasn’t treating myself with love or respect, because I didn’t know what that meant either.

So I made the decision to figure out what the f*ck healthy meant for me and dove into all things health and wellness.

Along the way I learned how to:

Finally lose those 20 pounds without deprivation.

Stop eating out of boredom, sadness or frustration.

Build strong, sexy muscles without spending hours at the gym.

Finally love myself, my body, my curves and ultimately my life.

 

And most importantly I did this without gimmicks, complicated and restrictive diets, or cutting out the foods that I love to eat like pizza, ice cream, and platanos.

And guess what Beautiful One… you can too!

You deserve to be confident. You deserve to be healthy. You deserve to be happy.

I’m here to tell you that while it may not always be easy, it doesn’t have to be complicated.

I know what it’s like to have no one to learn from or to be inspired by.

And what it’s like to want to make changes but have no idea where to begin.

So if that’s you, I want you to know that I’m here for you.

We’re in this together, and I’m here to coach you every step of the way.

I’m going to help you stop believing that you can’t lose weight because YOU CAN.

In 2019 I decided enough was enough and embarked on a journey to heal my relationship with myself, my body, and food.

In the picture on the left, I weighed 171 pounds. Today, I weigh 142 pounds.

I didn’t:

  • Starve myself.
  • Drink flat tummy tea or those nasty ass shakes or supplements.
  • Spend hours at the gym every day.

I figured out what works and what doesn’t so that you don’t have to waste any more time trying.

If I can do it, so can you. I’m not more special or disciplined than you. I just have the solution that works.
