As your Life Coach, I'm here to tell you that I've been there and struggled with loving myself for decades. I've also battled with Depression and Body Dysmorphia, which sometimes distorts the image I see when I look in the mirror.

I used to put so many conditions on my self-love thinking thoughts like:
"I'll love myself when I stop yo-yo'ing and finally lose these stubborn pounds."

It wasn't until I learned how to change my thoughts and choose peace over suffering, that I finally started my self-love transformation.

I remember looking in the mirror, and saying:
"This is the last time I will criticize myself. This is the last time I will pinch my fat. I will never hate my body again. I'm 100% all into loving my body and loving myself."

And I committed to that process.

And that's when I was able to lose the weight for good. 

You know what else happens when you love yourself?

You have so much more love to give everybody else.

You can't hate yourself and love other people.

It's impossible.

If you have no love inside of you, how can you give it to someone else?

Hating is exhausting.

Self-love is a practice that you must learn because most of us were never taught how.
